What if: Piccolo- Super Namek God

I've been wanting to do this for a while. Since there IS such thing as a Super Namek, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan God, why not Super Namek God? 
It's just wishful thinking.
Also, since Goku's hair was red, I thought I'd do something contrasting for Piccolo, like blue!
